Report from Montpelier

We are in the state of potatoes Idaho. We are cold and the ride yesterday through the high foot-hills of the Rockies was a battle with gale force cross winds and sleety rain. We are camping in Yellowstone National Park tonight, it is 7am now and very chilly but looks clear.

Last night we went to the local “smalltown” theatre to watch the Da Vinci Code, a movie that has caused protest marches here.

The “God bless you ” that many send you on your way with is very reminiscent of Pakistan and “Salam Alekum”, and both places so kind and caring.
