We have had a great day wandering the canals and old town of Venice. It was nice to have a day to get our gear dry as the ride into venice was pretty soggy, and a caravan full of wet gloves, socks and riding gear was what we dealt with last night. A real difference to normal life is the humour on the road, often quite marginal but necessary release for surviving away from home comforts. Love to my mates in Wellington xx Jo
